Consumer App, SaaS, Healthcare
Define brand identity, define user flows, design the web- and mobile apps (MVP and extended versions), design email templates, design promotional web-site applying brand styles to the partner's existing web-site
Claire Health is a company revolutionizing the diagnostic process in healthcare. The app streamlines the test preparation and collection process, facilitating stress-free diagnostics and test fulfillment for patients.
When I joined the project, there were a client's brief available, first version of brand identity and some user flows done in mockups. The project had several iterations of brand identity and adjustments in its key features.
The user flow, at first, might seem very straightforward and copy many examples, while in fact its made of compromises between different stakeholders: marketing department, legal requirments, development and design.
Nevertheless, the web-app had significant changes to its brand and some features, the main idea has never changed. The user enters the app and they are promted to the marketplace, where they can pick one of few test kits to assess their health parameters.
After the purchase the client can decide in what modality they wish to take the tests and when. Once the results are ready, the client can see personal health recommendations and chat with doctor.
One of the biggest challenges we encountered was to design the marketplace with limited options, so we iterated our ideas on this multiple times.
Other features we introduced to the app were:
following the user trough the entire experience with recommendations and reminders
listening to their opinions
educational materials
promting features, visuals and interactions for the next purchase
AI-based chatbot for basic communication
integration with health providers.
Alongside with the main product our client has requested to apply the new styles to their health partner's web-site. Check out, hoq it was and how it improved.
